Coconut yogurt

Ingredients:

2 tin organic coconut full fat milk
4 probiotics 50 billion

Instructions:

1) Empty coconut milk into a clean glass jar or bowl.
2) Top with probiotic and stir.
3) Cover with cheesecloth or a thin tea towel and wait.

That’s it! Seriously – it doesn’t get any easier than this. It was delish!

I left it for 48hrs and then popped a lid on it to seal and popped it in the fridge where it thickened.

It was delicious with the quinoa porridge and granola.
