Yoga is a traditional art that has been practised for thousands of years to relieve stress, expel negative energy, detoxify & nourish organs, build inner core strength, improve the function of the nervous system and enhance wisdom, fitness and flexibility.
I have had experience in practising Hatha Vinyasa, Jivamukti Yoga and Ashtanga as well as previous experience in Zen Qi Yoga and Iyengar Yoga as well as Quantum (Ayurvedic) Yoga.
I love to combine my experiences, my love of India, chanting and meditation as well as Ayurveda into my teachings. I have been very influenced by Clive Sheridan, incorporating much meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) into my yoga classes. Lara Baumann, Yogacharya Venkatesh, Simon Borg-Olivier, Idit Hefer & Katie Manitsas, Mark Breadner and Mark Whitwell are also influences.

Often we feel out of balance from stress, poor diet, dehydration and negative or destructive thought patterns and I help to rebalance you physically, emotionally/ energetically and mentally using various tools.
I combine my wisdom from various modalities, including diet, nutrition, herbs as a naturopath, with my yoga therapy, meditation, breathing techniques and daily kriyas and rituals. I teach various types of yoga depending on the individual, helping with alignment and injuries and can also bring in ancient teaching where appropriate to live yoga on and off the mat, working with the mind and body simultaneously.

I also incorporate my Ayurvedic wisdom, love of chakras and meridians, remedial massage and Bodytalk, helping the body to energetically re-harmonise.

Chrissie has been teaching yoga for 9 years and loves to incorporate pranayama and meditation to deeper the practice. Chrissie teaches Hatha vinyasa flow and yin yoga, using modifications to allow all levels to access the practice.

I also love to give back by teaching yoga for A Sound Life charity, bringing the beautiful offering to people less fortunate than ourselves or with addictions.
I also went to Greece in 2017 to help refugees in Greece with anxiety and depression by teaching them gentle yoga and meditation & pranayama techniques.
