As a lover of all things yoga, healthy eating, relaxation, nature, outdoors and the ocean, I love to bring beautiful people together to enjoy all my loves.
You can therefore come along and do some yoga and simply relax, read a book, have a swim or a walk. Or, you can choose to come surfing.
I have been teaching yoga for 9 years and love to share the joy of moving the body and rejuvenating the mind and spirit with a dynamic flow in the morning and a beautiful yin and sound healing in the evening.
I am also a naturopath and love food and healthy living. I believe healthy food can be yummy and delicious, so you will certainly be nourished with beautiful food.
As a lover the ocean, I also wanted to give people the chance to get salty. So come and join for a swim or take some surfing lessons in the afternoons included in the surf package.

Chrissie has been teaching yoga for 9 years and loves to incorporate pranayama and meditation to deepen the practice and to calm the mind, body and spirit. Chrissie teaches Hatha vinyasa flow and yin yoga, using modifications to allow all levels to access the practice.
Chrissie’s style is compassionate and she loves to use the ancient teachings to help students to incorporate yoga into their lives on and off the mat, also blending her naturopath and Ayurvedic wisdom and of course the chakras to enhance the practice.
