Yoga retreats are a beautiful way to delve deeper into your practice, without the distractions of everyday life.

They are a great chance for us all to connect more deeply and to take a break from our lives to stop and recharge. Amidst nature and the birds, you can really switch off and reset.

I have a few yoga retreats coming up over the next 6 or so months ranging from a bush retreat, surf yoga retreat in Australia to a Bali beach retreat and a Yoga Sailing Croatia retreat!

Located down the South coast, just 2 hours from Sydney, you are super close to beautiful surf beaches for all levels.

You will be nourished with energising, naturopathic food, dynamic & restorative yoga with beautiful views and have time to build on your surfing skills with 2 surfing lessons (optional).

Chrissie has been teaching yoga for 9 years and loves to incorporate pranayama and meditation to deeper the practice. Chrissie teaches Hatha vinyasa flow and yin yoga, using modifications to allow all levels to access the practice.

Coconut Spice Yoga is hosting a 7-day, 6-night yoga retreat in Bali in May, allowing you the opportunity to deepen your yoga practice in paradise amongst palm trees.
Give yourself the luxury of escaping the busyness of day to day life and experience the healing energy of Bali and its culture on the untouched north of Bali at Gaia Oasis.

You will feel rejuvenated as you sleep next to the ocean in hand-built bungalows, eat organic nourishing from Gaia’s garden, truly connecting with the beauty of nature.
Take time out to go within and connect to your true purpose and meet other beautiful yogis.
You will learn new meditation and breathing techniques to go deeper within. Yoga & meditation classes cater to all levels. There will be some silent periods to allow for a deeper inquiry.
I will also run workshops and allow for additional one-on-one time to answer any questions or to help with any current physical, mental and emotional issues that may arise.

How to get there:
Gaia Oasis is located on the secluded north side of Bali. It takes approximately 2.5 hours from the airport. More details will be available in a group forum once you have confirmed your booking.
However, we will meet in Seminyak and take cars together to the north of Bali. We will stop for a lunch with beautiful volcanic views on the way for a break.
