Yoga Retreat – Sailing Croatia Retreat 7-14th July

Need a break from the stresses of daily life? Want to deepen your yoga practice and meet like minded people?

This is a yoga retreat with a difference!

Practice yoga, eat fresh local food while sailing around Croatia on a yacht in the beautiful Mediterranean Ocean.

The day will start with beautiful sunrise yoga on land. We will have breakfast on the boat, then sail onto the next destination, whilst learning to sail, snorkel, paddle board.

In the afternoons, we will arrive at a new destination and have time to visit the beautiful old towns, have dinner and end the evening or afternoon with a lovely sunset meditation.

We will sail from Spit to Dubrovnik visiting many towns and islands and experiencing the Croatian culture and food at dinner.

About Chrissie:
Chrissie has been teaching yoga for 9 years and loves to incorporate pranayama and meditation to deeper the practice. Chrissie teaches Hatha vinyasa flow and yin yoga, using modifications to allow all levels to access the practice.

Chrissie’s style is compassionate and she loves to use the ancient teachings to help students to incorporate yoga into their lives on and off the mat, also blending her naturopath and Ayurvedic wisdom to enhance the practice.
